Cr\u00e9ation Gross complies with the law and stands for integrity. Every employee must comply with the legal requirements, the company agreement and other Cr\u00e9ation Gross regulations that are relevant to him or her.<\/p><p>Executives of the company have a special role model function in this respect. Any employee who violates the applicable rules and laws while on duty must expect sanctions under labor law, claims for damages by the employer or even criminal charges.<\/p><p>With the establishment of the grievance procedure, Cr\u00e9ation Gross is setting up a platform for\nanonymous notification of optimization opportunities and reporting of violations of legal regulations,\nspecifications from the company regulations or other Cr\u00e9ation Gross guidelines.<\/p><p>In order to ensure a uniform, professional and transparent approach to dealing with tips, Cr\u00e9ation\nGross has set up the grievance procedure, which is available to both employees and external parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56c30f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56c30f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>ANONYMOUS GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE <\/strong><\/p><p>via phone, mail, letter:<\/p><p>Cr\u00e9ation Gross GmbH &amp; Co. If anonymity is not already ensured, the\nwish for anonymity should be explicitly stated when the information is provided. Regardless of which\nchannel is used: The notice will be treated confidentially.<\/p><p>In general, only information required to clarify the tip will be forwarded to persons or departments. It is therefore important that the facts of the matter are described as precisely as possible and in a way that is comprehensible to third parties.<\/p><p>These questions can help:<\/p><ul><li>What happened?<\/li><li>Who is involved (names of persons with function or position)?<\/li><li>Where did it happen?<\/li><li>When did it happen (e.g., dates, time periods)?<\/li><li>What is the nature of the breach?<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>This doesn't mean you have to answer all the questions. But the more information that is shared, the more likely it is that you will be able to fully clarify the notice.
