CARL GROSS CONCEPT GREEN

CONCEPT GREEN is a subline within CARL GROSS that has been grouping models with selected material and component characteristics since Autumn/Winter 2020. The following information provides an overview of typical properties of individual components as well as the classification of the subline.

Materials at a Glance

Within the CONCEPT GREEN subline, materials with different properties are used. These include, among others:

01

Materials with recycled content

02

Fibers with traceable raw material origin and processing

03

Wood-based raw materials from demonstrably responsibly managed forest sources

04

GOTS certified products

Depending on the model, other properties may also be relevant, such as:

undyed fabrics
vegetable-tanned leather
buttons made from renewable resources such as corozo (tagua nut)

The specific selection and combination of these materials varies depending on the product. Individual materials can also be processed within the framework of recognized textile standards. A model is assigned to this subline if at least 33% of the materials meet our criteria. For models produced before 2023, the proportion is at least 20%. The underlying properties may vary depending on the model.
